Built around peer‑to‑peer matching, Senemate connects students who share similar routes, schedules, and locations, allowing them to walk together instead of navigating campus alone. The project blends safety, community, and convenience, addressing a real problem: many students especially new, minority, and international students who feel unsafe walking alone at night, often avoiding late classes or choosing virtual learning. Through verified student sign‑in, real‑time buddy matching, emergency features, and a simple, friendly interface, Senemate creates a safer campus culture while helping students build friendships and feel a stronger sense of belonging.
